I'm a quiet, young senior, recently out of retirement due to life changes. My home is in a peaceful neighborhood just off , less than 2 miles from the Powhite, with easy access to all of Richmond. I'm close to shopping, dining, parks, and healthcare. I’m open to lowering the rent in exchange for help.
