ROOM FOR RENT: The house is separated into 2 sides with their own living areas. There is a shared kitchen between my side and the available side Laundry room is connected to the available bathroom and will be shared. Some house features: bath, sq.ft., acres, screen porch, large fenced-in back yard, fire place, plenty of parking, back-up generac, trash and WiFi services provided. Located right outside of Pooler but is still chatham county. I am a yo female and I work night shift at the hospital. I have 2 dogs and a cat that will be gated on my side of the house unless going out to the backyard. One of my dogs is a Great Dane and the other is a lab/pit mix; they are pretty big but super friendly! I am pretty laid back and fun; I am looking to share a respectful and clean environment with potential roomies! Electric bill will be split amongst tenants.
