Hi, I am looking for a lease takeover for a room in a bath at Yugo Grove. You would have your own room and bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. Base rent is $ a month and electricity is the only bill. There is a one time concession of $ and application plus other fees are waived at the moment. I am willing to pay transfer fees!
