Quite court. Yards manicured by gardener. Beautiful backyard with small garden and fruit trees. No smoking in house, outside is ok. I have 2 indoor only cats on premises . 2 small steps into house and everything else is flat. Close to shopping areas. There is another renter in the house plus myself. He is quite and works nights. There is a shared wall between the 2 bedrooms.
