Hi there! My name is Coy, and I’m a responsible, kind-hearted working professional with a soft spot for peace, cleanliness, and cozy living. I’m currently looking for a room to rent as I transition into while I finish grad school, and I’ll be bringing my sweet dog, Juice, along with me. Juice is an American Bully with the heart of a teddy bear. He’s incredibly loving, quiet, and well-mannered, especially indoors. He’s fully house-trained, doesn’t bark unnecessarily, and prefers lounging in his crate or sticking close to me for comfort. I’m very clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I always honor quiet hours and personal boundaries. I don’t smoke or party, and I value a peaceful home where everyone feels safe and comfortable. I work full-time, and when I’m not working, I enjoy winding down with a good show or spending time outside. I’d love to find a room where Juice and I can settle into a calm, respectful environment with someone who’s either dog-friendly or at least open to having a gentle, low-key pup around.
