• I do have a small dog, so no other pets.
• I’m -friendly — I smoke inside my room only, but cigarettes must be smoked outside.
• . I work as a Front Desk Supervisor at a hotel, so I know how to keep things neat and guest-ready. 🧼
Rent is $/month.
Utilities are not fully included.
Water is charged through rent and usually included in that $, but it can vary slightly depending on usage — it’s never much, but if it ever goes up, I’ll let you know. We’d also split the internet and light bill, and I can send the bills each month so everything’s fair and clear.
