I am renting out a brand new room (never used). The rent will include all utilities including use of washer and dryer. There is super fast 1 GIG internet for use. A $ deposit is required. I am looking for a respectful, quiet, tidy tennant who is currently employed or a full time student who is being supported by respectable parents. The neighborhood is in a very safe location in the SW Las Vegas area.
