Need a roommate to move in asap hopefully to start rent August 1st other roommate dropped out last second. Nice 2 story apt with outdoor area 2 parking spots washer/dryer hookups available. There is currently one cat in the apartment but if you have pets that is perfectly fine. Fully furnished except for a couch in the living room I’m currently looking for. The room is large carpeted room with a full bathroom connected to room. All carpets and house will be professionally cleaned before move in.
