Real quiet neighborhood and centrally located. I'm looking for someone who is genuine, easy going, honest and clean! I'm a hard working individual who is pretty laid back and easy to conversate with. If you're looking for a quiet chill setting, this is the place for you. All I ask is to treat my home like it's your parents/grandparents. A lease will need to be signed if we agree on move in. With that you will have access to full house which is kitchen, with stove, fridge and cabinet space. Dinning room, living room and laundry room. There's also a big backyard to enjoy. No dogs/cats as I'm allergic. The basics you will need are kitchen ware, bathroom towels, essentials ect. There is no ac or heater but a window ac will be provided, which works great.
