Hello all, currently in the aurora area, and looking to stay close.
I am relocating out of Chicago and selling my property. I am looking for a 6ish month tenancy during this transition. I am years old, have a successful career, and very tidy. I understand a short lease is not always ideal, and I’m willing to pay a few months up front as a form of compensation.
I am looking for a room large enough to hold my desk (often work from home), and of course bed and dressers. A private bathroom is ideal.
Please no to any loud or overly busy environments. For reference I am currently living in a retirement community where I help neighbors with chores requiring physical labor.
If you are an individual woman renting out space, I think it is most appropriate to meet and make sure everyone is comfortable with the arrangement first.
I do not have any pets (but love them!)
I do not intend to invite guests
I do not consume any drugs (occasional alcohol)
I do smoke cigarettes, however never in the home and always clean up after myself.
