I’m a full-time worker, quiet, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
I’ve lived in student accommodation, shared houses, and on my own — I’m very familiar with co-living.
I don’t smoke, have no pets (but I love animals!), and I always pay rent on time.
I follow house rules well and value a peaceful, clean environment.
