I currently rent this property and am ISO a roommate for the spare bedroom. Private room. Females only please. Utilities are covered by me. Lease is active until June . Pets negotiable. Large basement and shed for storage if needed. The sunroom can be utilized as well! All shared living space. Home is furnished but the room is unfurnished.Just me and my two cats live here! I’m independent and keep to myself. I work M-F and rotate Saturdays so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself. I’m social but I prefer going out as opposed to having people over so you will have plenty of peace and quiet.
