Single woman looking for a home for one person close to NYC. Currently living alone in a spacious loft in Philly but needs to move for career reasons. I perform several times a week in NYC and the traveling is starting to become a bit much. I work remote by day and I’m out most nights. I have a car so parking is ideal.
