A Few Words About Me
I'm years old and have been living in Switzerland for many years. I’m a former HR Director currently going through a career transition – one of the reasons I’ve decided to sublet two rooms in my apartment.
As a person, I’m serious, reliable, and easy to get along with. I’m open and approachable, yet value discretion and my personal space. I care deeply about fairness, mutual respect, and cannot stand selfishness or arrogance.
I’m looking for someone down-to-earth, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces and privacy. To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment, I kindly ask that no guests stay overnight without prior agreement. The use of substances is strictly not allowed, and due to asthma, smoking and incense are also not permitted in the apartment.
