Hello everyone!I’m looking for a roommate to live with me in a bathroom apartment. Rent is includes all utilities besides electric. This also includes a medium size storage unit that we would share. You would have a private bathroom and bedroom. Both are furnished. I live in the Kendry apartment complex in North Charlotte. The complex is new (about a year old) and has free parking, a clubhouse with game room and remote work areas, swimming pool, fitness center, Amazon lockers, and secure mailboxes. I’m a postdoctoral fellow at the Veterans Affrairs Medical Center in Salisbury and work day shifts in office Monday through Friday. In my free time I enjoy working out, walking, cooking, baking, live music, sporting events, and movie or board game nights in. Ideally looking for a roommate in their late ’s who values a clean space and ambition. Preference for no full remote workers. Hybrid schedule, graduate students and healthcare workers welcome.
