I am a young professional that works remote part time. I live in a 3 bedroom townhome that is pretty much fully furnished. The basement bedrooms is available. It has its own bathroom. I do have a cat. She is super sweet. I drink occasionally. I am very clean, I cook when I can. I am looking any where for months possibly a year. Rent is negotiable.
