Hey y’all! Just wanted to see if anyone would be interested in taking over my lease for my current place. I am moving to St. Louis for a my new job- frankly am not intrested making that commute… House is in Columbia, MO. It is close to Downtown and Stephens lake park. Rent is beds and 1 bath. No pets. But has a nice deck and front porch. Washer and dryer are included with the place… I love this place and have absolutely no problems with it or the landlord. If you are interested let me know!
