Steps away from UMD campus great for college students or someone still interested in being close to the action. Will have access to living room with 85 inch TV and leather couch with fireplace on the wall. Granite countertops and new cabinets, unit was built this year. Starting at 750$ room. Must bring your own bedroom fruniture. We will be the first people in the unit everything is fresh. Must be a clean person, as long as you keep your space clean we wont have a problem. Not with living with a person that deosnt clean up behind themselves. Not into people that leave bathroom looking trifiling.
