We are living in a roughly sq ft townhouse here in Longmont looking for someone to rent out the other upstairs bedroom and possibly the basement when I finish it. We have two cats the live with us and unfortunately due to HOA restrictions we cannot allow any other animals on the property. There is bathrooms in the house. Basement, Main Floor, and Upstairs. Brand new carpet, fresh paint, slowly getting brand new appliances. Really trying to turn this house into a home
