I'm looking for someone to lease a bedroom within my current apartment. It's the bedroom in the upper left corner of the floor plan visible in my ad. It has an attached bathroom, large closet, and wonderful windows that let in plenty of natural light. The apartment complex is within easy walking distance of a lovely shopping plaza. The apartment’s common spaces are fully furnished. The bedroom on offer will be available by August 8th. It can also either be furnished (not decorated, but with a bed, nightstand, desk, bookshelf, etc.) or empty when you move in, depending on your preferences.
Also, regarding price: Water service, sewer service, storm-water service, pest control, and trash service are all basically lumped into the monthly rent through Conservice. The wifi and electricity bills will have to be split outside of rent/conservice. So everything except wifi and electricity basically adds up with rent to be roughly $ per month, with slight price fluctuations based on water usage for the month.
