I’m a female, business professional, seeking a room rental in a home.
You could consider our arrangement more of a hosting a guest situation, over an actual room mate setup as I’d only be there for a few weekdays each month. I’m open to a monthly rental agreement, even with minimal on- presence— of the year (including holidays), you likely won’t see me!
I currently rent month-to-month in NWI and want a similar setup closer to my work in the Chicagoland area. I travel frequently across multiple states, spending most of my time in Detroit, Cleveland, or Indy.
When I am in the area, I focus on work in my room, with no guests or cooking, no shared space needed. I’m neat, responsible, with a great credit score, $0 debt, and a “go with the flow” attitude.
My ideal living situation includes:
