Hi! It’s just me in the apartment! I have had this apartment for two years now, this is gonna be my third and I am looking for someone to sublet this room out to for the upcoming school year. I am a very chill person, I love to just vibe. I would love a roommate that is chill, and open to just vibing. I don’t really prefer to have people come over often (in this context I mean more than 2 people at a time). I would also love for my roommate to maintain the shared living space (i.e. living room, kitchen and bathroom) at a neat level; does not need to be strict about it but I don’t want stinky stuff.
