I am from Carlsbad + years However the last couple I placed all in storage and move to Coeur d'Alene ID to take care of family... I'm into Intellectual Property Patents, Trades, as Inventor holding multiple patents... However am working with a company building drones and moved back to the Carlsbad area so looking for a room as I have even storage which is fine if it's furnished. I was married yet divorced and really sold our home with the furniture back in . I feel like I'm in my thirties because I'm in great shape yet am in my 's a bit older lol now yet my go-to place is planet fitness daily! Really my budget is open to a point obviously but Bessie ranch, Carlsbad, Encinitas, since I'll be working in Poway with electronics and security systems for drones... No pets, none smoker, partied enough in college to do it now, lol.
