year old divorced, single dad to a 4-year old i have . Own my home in Royal Highlands, Hernando County, FL. Very easy to get along with and my house is fully furnished. You would have access to all parts of the house (kitchen, shed, garage, yard, silverware, flatware, whatever). I keep my house very clean but i do all he maintenance (i just ask you do not be a slob). I'm just looking for someone chill who works during the day and is down the watch the Office and maybe do some communal meals every once in awhile but if you are more the type to keep to yourself that's fine too. As long as you pay rent on time lol! friendly (not in the house) but not a party spot.
