Just a small room in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. We're over the party phase in this home and just come home to relax and recharge after a long day.I have paint so if u don't like the walls u can paint them. Parking is on the street or driveway. All utilities included.This used to be my son's room . I'm renting the room month by month so if you only want to stay for a month or a year I for if u find something better that's all fine. You will only need to share a bathroom with one person.
