About the space: Furnished bedroom in a spacious 3 floor condo. Shared kitchen and dining room space, but private bed and bath. Fully furnished kitchen and living space. Located near the bustling Downtown Crown and Rio areas of Gaithersburg.About us: we are fairly out going laid back people. We do have a dog and a fairly active social life. We love board games and DnD. Cleanly, and ask that you’re the same. Our ideal roommate: cleans up after themselves, respectful, employed, no children, open communication is a must. With already having a dog, we prefer people with no pets due to the size of the space, but exceptions may be possible with small dogs.
