Hey y’all! My roommate and I are looking for a third girl to join us in our apartment at The Morgan! It is a bath but the shared bathroom is huge! Rent at $/mo; utilities and wifi about $ a month. The room is currently vacant and available!Free parking is available! min drive to UNC campus and right next to the Friday Center which has a bus that goes to campus for $2! Gym and pool included! We live right across from the gym. In-unit washer and dryer! Pet-friendly! Haley has a cat named Milo so we would also love to find him a friend. Haley is in the nursing program at UNC, and I am working full-time and in classes at ACC so we aren’t home a ton. We typically have a calm home environment. We do go out occasionally and are friendly.The living room is fully furnished and we have a good amount of kitchen supplies, but if you bring some we can make room. A cleaning service will be coming by to deep clean the apartment this week, as well!
