Looking for an Apartment in Ireland – Up to €/month
Hello everyone,
I urgently need a self‑contained apartment anywhere in Ireland with a monthly rent up to €. Key requirements:
Must be eligible for Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registration.
Minimum ‑month lease.
Not a shared room or lodging – I need a place to myself.
Preferably with separate utility meters so I can register electricity and gas in my own name.
I am single, work in marketing and have all necessary documents ready (ID, employment proof, references). If you have a suitable property, please send me a draft of the lease so I can review it, and let me know when we could arrange a viewing.
