About me
Hello I’m a year old professional who is currently looking to rent a vacant bedroom house, month term lease and work with a private landlord since I’m currently working on my credit score due to some issues with fraudulent debts and currently going thru a probate process to sell real property in which I am an heir and will receive a k+ inheritance but have to move out of property to get property ready for sale! I’m willing to pay at least 3months rent in advance and any other requirements that may be of reassurance to the landlord. As I work towards a desirable credit rating and gain rental history to pursue my goal of becoming a homeowner in the near future. Please if you are willing to help and give me a chance as I move towards my credit worthiness and homeownership journey! 🙏🏼 It will also help me with teaching my children to be more self conscious and self aware about making goals a priority and if you are determined and willing to work hard and achieve them you will be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment in life.
