Hi! 😁 My name’s Samantha, but I go by Jade. I’m a professional, year old woman who’s looking for a room to rent in the Tempe or west Mesa area – preferably a month lease, but open to longer or a little shorter. I work for a school district, usually afternoons to nights, and will be starting college next year. I am a quiet, friendly and clean roommate, and very big on open communication. I’m best described as an ambivert: I’m a mix of both extravert and introvert. Though I’m always happy to socialize and hang out, I do enjoy my alone time as well. I do have pets: I’m open to rehoming my snake but would prefer not to (she’s a small, harmless corn snake who never comes out of her cage) but my cat would have to stay with me, as he’s very bonded to me. He’s a sweet, quiet and well-behaved four year old kitty who gets along with people, other cats and even dogs as well. My hobbies include drawing / painting, hiking, playing video games on my handheld consoles, and going to music festivals once in a while. I’d prefer to live with other female roommates.
