Hello everyone! I have a 2 bedroom apartment and looking for someone to move into the extra bedroom on September fifteenth. This is an amazing place in a great location (6 minute walk from the Steinway Street Station and a ten minute walk from the Broadway N/W station). I’m looking for someone who is quiet and respectful first and foremost. I am a quiet guy and love for my apartment to be my peaceful sanctuary.
