Fifty yr old female looking for temporary housing by . Extremely clean & organized, kind and easy going. Mother of adult kids and new grandma. Mature and quiet living. No pets, no guests, minimal cooking, will keep to my room primarily. Perfect rental history, no negative marks on credit or background. I am transitioning back into the work force from temporary disability leave due to a work injury. I had just begun my job search when unfortunately, I received a notice due to my landlord needing to make repairs and upgrades (terrible timing). I am ready and motivated to return to working full time in the service industry. I just need a place to stay while getting on my feet. Due to my lack of verifiable income, I am offering to pay a couple of months in advance. I am looking to rent for a few months.
