Hi everyone, my name is Luis Carino Del Valle I’m years old. I’m a hard-working individual very neat quiet person and to myself on my leisure days or days off. I enjoy the dining out going to the beach or go to the gym. I’m very responsible so I haven’t. My rent won’t be an issue. I will give it on a timely basis or if not in advance before the end of the month nevertheless, I get along with everyone I love pets. and basically am a people person also a God-fearing man and I do at times attend church if not our live stream when I’m exhausted and cannot make it nevertheless I think whoever considers me as a roommate I’ll be a perfect candidate anything else please inquire I don’t do no drugs. Or smoke on various occasions I do drink, but I’m not a bit in person and if I do, I usually go to a restaurant to enjoy either sport event or coworkers I don’t enjoy bowling going to the beach is my preference so maybe at the house is not gonna be a big issue Only when I’m not scheduled to work on the weekends if you feel that I’m a good fit please contact me at your most recent convenience. I’ve been renting in Boynton Beach well over four years so unfortunately where I have resided for those four years the house is about to sell and there is an urgency of me getting a place.
