Our place has bay views and is walkable to Little Italy, Balboa Park, and more! Rent is $ plus an additional $ a month for utilities/wifi. The room has a massive walk-in closet and ample space in the room itself. Bathroom is shared with our other male roommate. In unit washer/dryer, driveway and garage for storage. We do live next to the airport / the 5 so it can be a little loud at times but you get used to it very fast!We are looking for someone without pets and who is committed to staying for a year.
