Downstairs apartment with a small backyard & patio. 2 bedroom ( for you!) 1 shared bathroom. Shared kitchen & living area as well as the laundry area. Washer & dryer. Bedroom CAN be furnished (dresser, bed, tv & tv stand) if you need that stuff! If not we can take it out c: Bed is slightly broken but useable. Rent would only be $/month which includes internet & utilities. Preferably no pets considering we have 4 cats 🥲 We’ll actually post with photos of the room, bathroom & the rest of our apartment in a few weeks! Deep cleaning first. We’re 5 minutes from the mall!
