Hello, I am a Phoenix native looking to rent out one of the rooms in my home. I am renting out the master bedroom, which is nearly its own apartment because the room itself is an enclosed garage, almost ft long. It’s perfect to have a couch, tv, desk setup in addition to your bed. I am a working, young professional looking for someone calm and friendly to share the space. You will have your own entrance from the side patio, and your own driveway for your car. We will share the kitchen and the swimming pool. We will also share the laundry room, which is located in your area. You will have your own bathroom, your own central air conditioning unit that you control, and a big backyard for watching the sunset or birds. No pets here and no pets, please.
