I am a professional landlord of a totally remolded 4 bedroom two story house. We currently have 2 very nice mature adults (coed). We are looking to fill the other rooms; one is upstairs and the 2nd room is downstairs. House has a large fenced backyard with wood deck and furniture. Property has large open space beyond the fenced in yard. We would like to rent to a calm, peaceful and pleasant person. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and one shared bathroom downstairs. All utilities, Wi-Fi and onsite laundry are provided. There is off-street parking available at no additional charge. And plenty of on-street parking. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with easy access to major freeways.
