The unit was just renovated last weekend, so everything is brand new. I recently moved in with two Haas MBA students, but since my close friend just moved nearby, I’m planning to live with her instead. That’s why I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and within a 3-minute walk you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés.
