I have 2 empty rooms for rent, wifi included (1 Gigs) as well as tv with subscriptions (Amazon, hbo, Netflix, dropout, 2nd try, and 2 gaming systems) full kitchen with equipment and dinnerware. 1 bathroom that's shared with the other room but not me. ALL BILLS PAID WITH THE i work nights and am getting a second job so I'm not around often. don't throw parties unless I'm invited, and pets on a case by case basis. also please smoke outside.
