So check it out ! It’s beautiful ! However I can’t afford it alone . I have everything to furnish the house so it would have to be someone with not a lot of furniture for the living spaces . I am willing to pay more for rent for the bigger room . I come with a cute dog her name is pickle and she is a mini Aussie her name is pickle . I am a wanna be artist and have a lot of different hobbies . I like DIY projects . I am clean and want someone clean that will not smoke in the house . I am cool with weed (in moderation ) or in your room . I sober and want that respected . I’m cool with booze in the house but no getting drunk and acting a fool. No parties none of that . I’m looking for a professional person that can live in a peaceful environment . I value clear communication and being able to talk about any issues . Let me know if you’re interested.
