Only been used like half a dozen times from friends and kids. So figured I should use it to make some money to improve my financial situation. I can leave the bed and TV in there if needed or take it out. I will empty the closet before you move in. We will need to meet so you can see the room and make sure you like it. I will also write up an agreement reserving the right to evict you if you are being disrespectful and disruptive to the place since everything is under my name. It is chill and everyone around here is pretty friendly. Unfortunately no pets allowed, I already asked to get my pup, but the owner said no more pets. Some people have some but they changed the policy before I moved in.
