Hi! My name is Oni. I am looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s portion of the lease. The complex (a luxury mid rise) is located in the Reynoldstown/ Grant Park area and will be available in the beginning of October . Rent is split in half, and parking, water, sewer, trash, etc are included in the estimated $ price listed but can slightly vary based on usage. The common areas are already furnished but I’m a minimalist so I’m definitely open to changing/ adding to the decor and furniture. No smoking is allowed on the complex’s property, and I would prefer no pets and a professional women with a documented and steady income.
