Clean, quiet, work oriented roommate. Seeking the same. Love kids, don’t have any myself. I currently work in the Creeds area and also volunteer in central VB. I have a 3 year old indoor Persian cat, she’s sweet and behaved aside from the standard dinnertime meows. I keep to myself for the most part, pretty easy to get along with. In the middle of a career change, great credit but my budget’s a bit tighter than usual, which brings me here. Would love to find someone compatible to share a more spacious house/apt with than I could have solo. If we have our own bathrooms, even better. I’m looking to move anytime starting mid Oct. I like to keep things tidy, counters spotless, no hair on the bathroom floors kinda thing. To me, cleaning means wiping down surfaces, sweeping/vacuuming, mopping. No smoke indoors, messy or overly-frequent houseguests, or dishes left in the sink overnight. That said I’m not perfect, life gets busy and my room can get cluttered, but it’s important to me that shared spaces are respected. No drug use or illegal activity tolerated. I do like more quiet than most, since I can work odd hours, and am cautious not to make noise when I need to be out early. Definitely looking for a more calm living situation than a fun/social party house. If you’re also more lowkey, we’ll get along great. Something more family-oriented would be nice as well. I’m originally from NYC and have had over + roommates through the years, so I know the deal and looking for someone who does too. Hoping to find roomies with similar preferences!
