We reside with two small/medium size beagles that love to greet you every chance they can, they are crate trained and mostly stay in my room when I’m not home. Personalized front door code will be provided. We have a backyard that faces a tennis court so you will hear people playing during the day but once night falls it quiets down. Our neighborhood is quiet which we love. We live upper Seaside only minutes away from Jim Moore Blvd./Canyon Del Rey/Hwy .Rental info:*1 bedroom that is currently unfurnished. *Shared hallway bathroom.*Rent $ plus deposit $. * months commitment lease contract. *Shared Utilities, of electric/ gas/ water. *Must abide to house rules. *No drugs/alcohol. *No overnight guest. *No pets at this time because we already have 2 beagle dogs. *This is for a one person only living situation. No adding partners later and once moved in. *MUST PROVIDE your own background check report. At least two months worth of proof of pay stubs. Valid professional and personal references. Copy of ID.
