You'll have your own private room on the third floor, complete with a full bathroom and a spacious closet. The third floor also features a shared lounge area perfect for relaxing or working and is fully carpeted for comfort. There's also a small balcony where you can enjoy fresh air and a little outdoor space.Laundry is conveniently located on the second floor, which I (the landlord) also occupy.The first floor is a shared common area for everyone. It has beautiful hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with a large island, gas oven, and air fryer, plus a half-bath for convenience.Pet Note: I have a friendly dog who spends time outside or with me on the second floor. Roommates won't be responsible for pet care but should be comfortable with a dog in the home.
