Ideally looking for an affordable studio/bachelor/1 bedroom or private bedroom rental. I’m quiet, clean, and respectful and have previous experience living in shared accommodations. I’m friendly and considerate but mostly just keep to myself. I’m not a partier or anything like that, I’m basically a nerd and an old lady wrapped up in one lol. I do have an elderly cat living with me who is also clean and quiet as well as fixed and up to date on all shots. He just naps most of the day and I’d be keeping him in my bedroom with me full time (for shared accommodations), he wouldn’t be out in the rest of the home at all. I’ve lived like this with him for a couple years now in shared homes and it's worked out well plus he prefers it and is most comfortable with this. Budget is $ inclusive.
