Homes are not built with only one bedroom, so I am looking for a 2+ bedroom in my price range in advance. I currently live in an apartment in years) and have never paid late, have excellent references and good credit. I can also pass a background check with blemishes. I'm on the second floor and am ready for a change. I am going to be a good long term tenant. I'm currently in a lease until February 1st but am allowed to break lease by the last months rent within days (with a day notice). That said, I can feasably move in by November 1st.
