Lovely large living room with cozy gas fireplace, bedroom, bath, storage/workroom and laundry room/kitchenette! Upstairs tenants will use the laundry room on their days, so not % private, but very nearly! Pictures are from before we moved in, so furniture, tools, etc. no longer there!Only access is by staircase, unfortunately, so not doable for those for whom mobility is an issue. Window in bedroom for emergency egress. Plenty of room for couple or even small family. Welcoming back yard, off-street parking.Pet friendly with manager approval! No smoking, sorry -- move in on Oct 1.
