I have two furnished rooms, with private bathrooms, available in my 4 bedroom townhome. It is three levels, and I live primarily in the lower level with my two senior cats. Rent includes all utilities, trash, and wifi. The community also has a pool. Sorry, no couples or pets. The pictures don't show, but I am putting in a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot in one of the rooms.
