The kitchen and living room is on the first floor. There is also access to a beautiful roof with a great view of Manhattan. The living room and kitchen come fully furnished.The building is 2 units in total, with floors being the downstairs neighbors, and th floors being this unit. There are doors directly into the unit on the the floors. Roommates are two year olds working in the art industry. Both work full time on weekdays, and Saturday. We both occasionally have friends over, and no issues with the same.
